Fastest Way to Burn Fat

Step 1: Double up on your aerobics

Step 4: Eat you last meal by 6:30pm

First, by not eating for a full twelve hours each day, you give your stomach time to empty itself and allow you body to use excess fat for energy. Step 5: Eat more frequently, 6-8 times a day

The usual volley gang @ siloso.

The sun is damn good until everyone burnt.

Had lotsa set of games yesterday.

And both my hands got blueblack but i enjoy myself.

I love beach volleyball. ;p

Oh ya yuki joined us at siloso too. (:

We had our dinner at Paramount Hotel after sentosa.

And we a room there,

With ktv inside. COOL.

Everyone eat until wanna puke.

We keep order this and that.........

And i ate 3 honeydew sago! ;p

6.30pm - 10pm dinner!

Super hang over today.

But i still drag myself out to ehub for lunch and movie.

We ordered the usual oyster mee sua, chicken and mushroom.

I can't finish my food and i puke.

Home after the movie and head to haji lane to meet daniel.

Found a new place for shisha-ing but the shisha is more expensive there.

Went over to daniel's place to pack his stuffs then we took cab back to my house.

Met up with the bitches at bugis,
Had dinner at breeko.
Met up with miffra at outram then we went pub 62 together.
Crazy night.
Everone was fucking high,
We finished 2 martell and 1 jug of beer in 2 hours plus?
I am suppose to send penny and fra home but ended up im fucking drunk.
And thanks to fra 1000000x.
Or else i think i will just sleep on the street already. (:
But i'm having lotsa fun that night! :p

Its been so long since i last went her house.
They drove me to collect my tv after the dinner.

The food was fresh,
Service not bad.
The soup not bad too.
Total bill less than $50 for 2 person,
Resonable price too.
But remember reserve a table before u go there,
Its crowded.
